The Perdox Rant

Once a year, for 20 minutes, thousands of people congregate at the Shrine to pay their respects. It’s meant to be a solemn service, but today the atmosphere was completely and utterly destroyed by the actions of the Melbourne City Council. It’s bad enough that our antiquated trams trundle along St Kilda road during the service, but the fact that a street sweeper and garbage collection truck also came along is absurd.
