- WordPress plugin: Register Plus
- WordPress plugin: Form Builder
- WordPress plugin: Add to Any Button
- Wordpress plugin: All in one SEO pack
What does it do?
This plugin inserts a Share/Save button at the bottom of posts. This allows the users of your site to share a post entry with their facebook, twitter, delicious and other website accounts. They can also email a post using any email account the user has and is supported by the Add to Any interface. The plugin supports all the major free email accounts such as Yahoo Mail, GMail etc.
Installation
I installed this plugin using the WP 2.7.1 Plugins installer. Select Plugins > Add New and enter Add to Any in the search field. Once activated, the plugin appears under the Settings tab with the name Share/Save Buttons. You can also get the code for inserting the button on your website from here.
Configuration
There is only one configuration panel and it is very easy to use. Below is a screenshot.
Documentation
There isn’t much documentation, mainly because it is not needed. The plugin is a means for users to share information using their various web identities. All the plugin does is make those services available to your blog. So there’s nothing more to configure, really.
Support
Some FAQs appear here, while the support forum can be found here.
Summary
The plugin is very easy to use. It’s one of those ’set and forget’ type plugins and I had no trouble installing it or getting it to work. Since many people have accounts with various social networking websites, I thought it would be a useful addition to my website.
